Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions

 

We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients. To ensure fairness and availability for everyone, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

 

1. ​Appointment Cancellation

   • ​​Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointmentBy booking an appointment with Faeger Aesthetics, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

   • Failure to cancel or reschedule within the required time frame will result in your deposit being held. If a product such a botulinum toxin, has been ordered on prescription in advance you will be charged the full amount for your appointment as they are ordered specifically personalised to clients and cannot be used on other clients.

2. No-Show's​

   • ​​If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will be considered a “no-show.”

   • No-shows may result in a full charge for the missed session or loss of the deposit depending on the circumstances.

3. Late Arrivals​

   • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate other scheduled clients.

   • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply.

4. Deposits​

   • A £25 is required to secure your appointment.

   • Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your session. However, they will be forfeited if you cancel or reschedule outside the required notice period or fail to attend your appointment.

5. Refund Policy​

   • Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the allowed time frame.

   • Refunds for pre-paid packages or services are not refundable, You will be charged FULL PRICE PER TREATMENT of the procedures performed. All discounts e.g. monthly specials, package discounts, and credits issued when you bought the service will be lost. 

   • If you want to cancel services and don’t want a refund but want to transfer credit to another package then you will NOT be charged FULL PRICE per treatment of the procedure to calculate prorated balance. You will be charged the price per treatment based on your package. The balance will be used towards a new package. If this results in you owing money, you can pay the difference and start the new package. If this results in us owing you money, this will be kept as credit for future use. Credit lasts 120 days from transferring.

   • If you have booked for a Botulinum Toxin treatment, then you will be charged full price and the credit is not transferable due to each Botulinum Toxin treatment resulting in a prescription fee and the product purchased is allocated to you as a client and cannot be used on any other client.

   • Please note all medical cosmetic injectable services which are administered are not refundable. Every client will utilise the Botulinum Toxin or Dermal Fillers differently. The risk of ptosis, raised muscle, lower muscle, swelling, redness or vascular occlusion has been explained prior to treatment and is in our terms and conditions on our website. Allergic reactions will be treated as best as we can or you will be given advice on where to go for emergency help and any event of an allergic reaction or adverse reaction is a risk with every client experiencing such an event will not constitute a refund of the completed treatment. As a client you agree to the injection treatment knowing the risk and need realistic expectations of the results and risk with these injectables.

6. Emergency Cancellations​

   • ​​We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency prevents you from attending your appointment. Exceptions to this policy will be made at our discretion.

7. Changes to this Policy​

   • ​​We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy on Deposits at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
